Maria Forsberg – Fitness Magazine Blog | Monroe Athlete Photographer

Maria contacted me recently and said she was asked to be interviewed for Fitness Magazine’s blog! How cool is that? They wanted to do a feature on how she trains and stays fit for riding. She came out to the studio and we did another round of photos – this time focusing on her strength and muscle tone. Looking forward to seeing the article posted. PAWS Charity Event (Lynnwood) | Monroe Pet Photographer

Fall is here … Kind of … Temperatures are still in the 80’s and I’m lovin’ it! But, soon we will have the changing of leaves and cooler weather and I’m OK with that too! Kids are back in school, we gain an hour (woo hoo), and get to start wearing our jackets and scarves. What a great time to schedule in a photo session for your dog (or other pet).

“…the thrill that’ll getcha when you get your picture on the cover of the Rolling Stone…” | Monroe Commercial Photographer

Well, not on the COVER, but congratulations, Maria Forsberg-Hahn, for being featured in an article in “Rolling Stone”. She is competing in the X Games for the first time this year, and the magazine wanted to do an article about new faces participating in the event. She clearly wasn’t a random choice (see below). This girl is TALENTED! (and lucky for me, very photogenic).

She was kind enough to ask if she could provide her own photographer for the spread, and surprised me with a phone call. Well, it was more of phone tag all day. She said she had exciting news. I had no clue what it could be, but never expected this. Regardless, I am grateful. Thank you, Maria, for thinking of me in such an exciting moment for YOU! Congratulations! I know you are gonna kick butt at the X Games!

Lilly | Monroe Dog Photographer

Here is Lilly … She is another model for our upcoming pet charity event. Look at that cute little face. Her wrinkles and little rolls are just the CUTEST THING EVER, aren’t they?!?! I’m so excited to be working with all different breeds of dogs. Here are a few different “views” of Lilly. Please enjoy and watch for information about our upcoming event.
