I am partial to this sweet little nugget because we ‘sort of’ share the same name. (or nickname at least) … This little girl was quite the character the entire session. She was oh so happy and was willing to let us dress her in anything and put her anywhere. I could not stop laughing while editing all of these precious images. Her parents sure lucked out with a great baby. Thanks JoJo .. See you in about 6 months! 🙂

This is Maiah. She is ‘that’ high school senior that photographers love. She has a great personality, style & is SO easy to photograph. Maiah had 2 senior sessions & clearly rocked both of them! The outdoor session she brought some different outfits and we found some awesome locations that worked so well with each. I knew I got some great images, but was wondering how in the world I was going to narrow them down. 😉 She came back a couple weeks ago for some in-studio shots and let me play with some light. What a sweet, sweet little baby boy. Hudson was the PERFECT newborn. He slept the entire time of his session (3 hours) & woke up just at the end when we took him outside for a shot under the willow tree. I just love shooting on location to be able to let the creativity flow with the lighting and decor of someone’s home.
Other than a bowling alley, I think this may have been one of the other times in life a high-five and / or air pump would have been acceptable. Not only was he a great sleeper, my assistant and I DID NOT get peed or pooped on the entire time. That definitely put smiles on our faces. So, enjoy this beautiful baby boy and let him put a smile on yours! 🙂

Drew & Lynsey are getting married in December this year. And, I am photographing it! They came out to Monroe for an engagement session at the end of October. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather this day too! We shot at a farm of a family friend. They have the coolest property and got a lot of great shots. This couple is so easy to photograph. They have such a fun relationship and are up for any ideas that I (or they) think of! I am so looking forward to capturing their day. They have a lot of cool details planned for the wedding.
