These newborn photos were extra special to me. I flew all the way back to North Dakota for a long weekend to photograph MY NEW NIECE! Meet Skylar. She is beautiful and sweet and I’m so glad to have her a part of my family. Please enjoy her sweet face as I have been doing.

What a sweet little baby Kennedy is. She was already ‘old’ at this session – almost one month! But, she slept just as good as any newborn and let us do pretty much anything with her. So precious. Enjoy these images and remember to let us know on Facebook which ones are your favorite!
Baby Gwen was born at just 6 pounds and 10 ounces. So tiny compared to my last baby at 9. I had to oooh and ahhh over her for awhile before we started shooting. She had perfect skin, lots of dark hair and just BEAUTIFUL. (As you can see). The first set of images was for a ‘winter’ theme that we were going with for a project of season images. The sticks were the one thing that her proud parents had left from their wedding and they were incorporated very nicely. Just loved photographing this sweet little baby (5 days new) and looking forward to seeing her again in the spring.

What a sweet, sweet little baby boy. Hudson was the PERFECT newborn. He slept the entire time of his session (3 hours) & woke up just at the end when we took him outside for a shot under the willow tree. I just love shooting on location to be able to let the creativity flow with the lighting and decor of someone’s home.
Other than a bowling alley, I think this may have been one of the other times in life a high-five and / or air pump would have been acceptable. Not only was he a great sleeper, my assistant and I DID NOT get peed or pooped on the entire time. That definitely put smiles on our faces. So, enjoy this beautiful baby boy and let him put a smile on yours! 🙂
