One of my favorite things about my life is being an auntie to 3 amazing kids. And, within a month, I will have another precious niece to love. I was home visiting North Dakota last week and did a short session of my sister, her husband Danny & my nephew E. Jenna knew exactly what type of shot she wanted. We photographed that image, a few more, and were out of there! 🙂 Here are the images from her session.

One thing I look forward to every week is bowling. I do believe that is the only time / place that high fives and air pumps are socially acceptable. And, let me tell you, I LOVE IT! The bowling alley is where I met Rick + Theresa. They are on my league, so I’ve gotten to know a little about them over the last couple seasons. They are such fun-loving people and that always just makes you have a continuous smile on your face. This session was no exception. The first day we tried to shoot, it was beautiful out. Once I pulled the camera out to begin, in rolled the STORM clouds. We don’t hear a lot of thunder in this area, but we definitely were not finishing our session that day.
Fast forward to day 2. Beautiful weather again. Happy people. Lots of laughing and hanging out. Love those kinds of sessions. Thanks Rick + Theresa. See you in the fall.

Maria contacted me recently and said she was asked to be interviewed for Fitness Magazine’s blog! How cool is that? They wanted to do a feature on how she trains and stays fit for riding. She came out to the studio and we did another round of photos – this time focusing on her strength and muscle tone. Looking forward to seeing the article posted. What a sweet little baby Kennedy is. She was already ‘old’ at this session – almost one month! But, she slept just as good as any newborn and let us do pretty much anything with her. So precious. Enjoy these images and remember to let us know on Facebook which ones are your favorite!
